WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• some sort of cord, of any colour you like
• scissors
• fingers (if you don't have your own then use somebody else's)
HOW TO:
1. Get your cord
2. Cut your cord to your desired length
3. Tie it round your neck (don't choke)
